Russell F. Wenk graduated cum laude from The University of Akron School of Law in 2005. Since that time, he has handled hundreds of wills and trusts. His focus is on the uniqueness of every family's wishes when preparing estate planning documents. Each family is different, and therefore each document prepared for a client must be created keeping in mind the specifics of a client's wishes. Estate planning documents are important for a client's piece of mind and preparation for life-changing events. Mr. Wenk takes great pride in creating estate planning documents that ensure there are no issues that may be disputed when the documents are needed.

Michael LincolnMichael A. Lincoln

Michael Lincoln graduated from law school at the University of San Diego in 2003. Prior to law school, he graduated from the University of Arizona in 2000. He has been practicing law since 2005 and he also volunteers his time to prepare free wills for first responders through the Wills for Heroes program. Mr. Lincoln focuses his practice on the preparation of wills, living wills, health care powers of attorney and durable powers of attorney.

Vanessa R. Heim graduated in 2011 from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. As an Arizona native, Ms. Heim was eager to return to Arizona to begin her practice of law. Since that time, she has worked with numerous clients seeking to create a plan for their future and for their family's future. In her practice, she takes pleasure in the opportunity to develop the very personal relationships necessary to effectively create an estate plan for each and every client. Every client brings to the table a distinct and individual familial situation which represents a unique and personal circumstance to be reflected in an estate plan. Ms. Heim takes the time to actively listen, learn, understand and replicate each client's unique concerns in order to ensure that their estate plan represents their very specific intentions. Ms. Heim believes that a well-developed and executed estate plan serves as a priceless gift to the client's family. By striving to ensure a clear representation of the client's wishes, it is her objective to create documents which will serve that client's intention and assist their family through a very difficult time. Ms. Heim is grateful for the chance she has been given to volunteer with Wills for Heroes, an organization which provides Arizona First Responders with an opportunity to take advantage of free wills, powers of attorney and living wills. Through this program, Ms. Heim has been able to assist in providing countless planning documents to many of Arizona's finest.
