Insurance Defense Attorneys

Charles TrullingerCharles Trullinger

Charles Trullinger graduated from Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa, with a J.D. in 1993. During the summer breaks between school semesters, Mr. Trullinger clerked at a successful insurance defense firm in Des Moines. Since graduating in 1993, Mr. Trullinger has been fortunate enough to practice in a wide range of practice areas — many of which require a great deal of time in court. At every firm he has worked since graduation, insurance defense has been among his top focus areas. But unlike many insurance defense attorneys, who go to trial once a year, at best, Mr. Trullinger goes to trial more often because he does not limit his practice. He is therefore uniquely qualified to not only handle the preparation and resolution of insurance defense cases, but also take them to trial.

Russell WenkRussell F. Wenk

Mr. Wenk understands the unique client relationship involved in insurance defense cases and complies with all reporting requirements of the insurer in a timely and effective manner. Mr. Wenk's experience in litigating these matters makes him uniquely qualified to handle any insurance defense case and defend his clients with all of the resources necessary.
