Russell Wenk is a Certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. He is one of only 75 attorneys in the state who have attained this distinction by demonstrating substantial experience, effectiveness and knowledge significantly higher than that possessed by a general practitioner who regularly handles family law matters.

Russell F. Wenk graduated cum laude from The University of Akron School of Law in 2005. Since that time, he has focused his practice on family law matters. Prior to law school, Mr. Wenk graduated from Arizona State University in 2001 and served on active duty in the United States Navy from 1992-1996. Mr. Wenk started his private practice in 2007 and continues to represent clients in family law matters from his offices in North Phoenix, Peoria, and Goodyear. Mr. Wenk currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Family Law section of the Arizona State Bar and is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts; Arizona Association of Family Law Attorneys; Arizona Association for Justice; Maricopa County Bar Association and State Bar of Arizona. He is an AV Preeminent Rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell; recipient of the Lead Counsel rating by Thomson Reuters; selected to Superlawyers 2015; as well as receiving the Client Distinction award from Martin-Dale Hubbell.

Michael LincolnMichael A. Lincoln

Michael Lincoln graduated from Highland High School in Gilbert, Arizona, in 1996. He went on to graduate from the University of Arizona in 2000 and the University of San Diego School of Law in 2003. He has been practicing law since 2005 and he is a skilled trial attorney, which he owes to his years of experience with the Maricopa County Public Defender's Office. Mr. Lincoln currently focuses his practice on family law and related matters.

Vanessa HeimVanessa R. Heim

Vanessa R. Heim graduated in 2011 from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. As an Arizona native, Ms. Heim was eager to return to Arizona to begin her practice of law. Since that time, she has worked with clients in many facets of family law, including premarital agreements, divorce and legal separations, child support, spousal maintenance, custody, parenting time, adoptions and guardianships. Ms. Heim enjoys focusing her family law practice on adoptions and guardianships, assisting clients and their families through the sometimes tedious process. She strives to provide a delicate balance of care, compassion and professionalism which is necessary to reach the goal of legally adding a new child to their family. She has devoted and dedicated much time to learning and understanding the complexities of Arizona adoption laws and procedures to ensure a smooth and streamlined experience for her clients. Ms. Heim works with clients to understand and prepare for the intricacies and difficulties that can accompany the process, which can sometimes detract from the underlying happiness involved in the process. Ultimately, it becomes Ms. Heim's priority to ensure that the underlying legal necessities of the adoption process play a supporting and background role in the broader picture, which is building a family.
