This way you don’t have to go back to work while you’re still thinking about the divorce-related issues you’re dealing with. Schedule a time after work to focus on matters related to your divorce. If you know that there’s a time later in the day set aside to deal with them, you can more easily refocus on your work when they start to intrude on your thoughts during the workday.
